Ahome in Sapphire Shores tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Vincent Payne, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 337 N. Shore Drive to North Shore Manor Inc. for $3.2 million. Built in 1958, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 4,839 square feet of living area. It sold for $670,000 in 2019.

MARINA TOWER

Mary Jo Deckro, trustee, and John Deckro, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 504 condominium at 1233 N. Gulfstream Ave. to David Eugene Bass Jr. and Brenda Stafford Bass, of Sarasota, for $2.45 million. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, threeand-a-half baths and 2,906 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.33 million in 2005.
